By using our website or subscribing to our service, you confirm that you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or service.

Our service is intended for individuals aged 18 or over. By subscribing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Description of Service

4K IPTV UK Plans provides subscription-based access to streaming content, including live television channels and on-demand movies and shows, delivered over the internet. Our service is provided as-is, subject to the terms set out in this document.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

• Subscriptions are available in fixed terms (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and are billed as a single one-time payment per term — we do not use automatic recurring billing.
• Payment and order confirmation is typically arranged directly over WhatsApp or email with our team.
• Pricing is displayed in GBP (£) and is subject to change. Any price change will not affect a subscription you have already purchased.
• Each subscription plan is licensed for use on a specified number of simultaneous device connections, as agreed at the time of purchase. Additional device connections may be purchased separately.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a 24-hour free trial to prospective customers. The free trial requires no payment or card details and is offered at our discretion, one per customer/household. We reserve the right to limit, modify, or discontinue free trial availability at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

When using our service, you agree that you will not:

• Share your login credentials with individuals outside your household or beyond your plan's permitted device connections
• Attempt to resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to our service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to our servers or systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any account found to be in breach of these Terms, without refund.

7. Account & Login Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (username, password, server URL) confidential and secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs using your login details. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

8. Third-Party Content & Compliance

4K IPTV UK Plans provides subscription access to streaming content and does not supply, produce, host, or endorse any third-party player application used to access our service. All channel and content categories referenced on our website are described generically.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their use of our service complies with the laws of their country of residence. We make no representation as to the legality of accessing specific content in any particular jurisdiction, and you should make your own determination before subscribing.

9. Service Availability

While we aim for high reliability (targeting 99.9% uptime) through our Anti-Freeze server infrastructure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control, including issues with your own internet connection or device.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of 4K IPTV UK Plans or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without our prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4K IPTV UK Plans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your subscription shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription term.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted by law.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our service, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. Since subscriptions are one-time payments for a fixed term with no recurring billing, there is no ongoing contract to formally cancel — your access simply ends at the conclusion of your paid term unless renewed.

13. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
